Hello All,

I am wondering if there are any permissions I can set for a user or group to limit their access to viewing data. I know that we can limit a user’s view in the portal, but are there any other ways to hide the user’s view? What I am looking for specifically involves only letting a specific user/group access a folder and its sub folders.

Hello Samuel,

We can set user/group permissions for a folder which can prevent or limit access to the folder and its subfolders. To do this, right click on the folder in the folder tree view -> Manage -> Manage Permission.
