Limiting the folders that a designer can see

Hi,

Is there a way for me to setup a user who has access to studio but only has access to a very limited set of folders that just contain the rules and flows that I want the user to view/update? It seems that the only way to grant studio access is to be in the designer group which gives the user access to many folders.

Additionally, is there a way to give a user read only access to flows?

Hi,

When you add a user account to the Designers Group, by default, this user getting permission to see My Apps folder. If you have any project folders inside My Apps folder, these folders will be visible because of permissions inheritance. In order to restrict some of the folders, first, you need to disable permission inheritance and redefine permissions of the target folder separately on the account level. Unfortunately, you cant give folder permission to the Designers group and exclude some of its members on the same folder. Please check the screenshots for details.

For the second question, permission levels are defined on folder level. So, it is not possible to define permission on flow level.
