Restart was performed on the clients dev server and we are now seeing this error on several forms in the flow designer (see thread) when clicking the form step. We can still access the forms from the designer folders and edit them, and we can re-add the forms in the flow designer to clear the error on the step, but does anyone know if there is a way to not have to replace the form steps in the flow in order to resolve this?[url=https://files.slack.com/files-pri/T0KEL7QTC-F02LCDDK5QS/image.png]

Hi ColonelMustard,

This error is generally from a data structure not completing compile on start up. I would suggest either restarting your Decisions instance again to ensure that all data structures have compiled.
