How can I reset an account password? I think theres a way to access all accounts and do it that way? Are there any other ways to do this?

Hello!
In the Decisions Studio under [b]System -> Security -> Accounts[/b], an administrator will have access to reset a password by right-clicking the account and clicking the [i]Reset Password [/i]action.
Alternatively, its possible to build a flow to set the password manually. In the flow designer, under [b]Integration > Internal Services > Account Service[/b] there are a few steps that are related to passwords. Using the [i]Set Password[/i] step, It takes in the Account ID and New Password as inputs, so as long as the Account ID is known, its a quick workaround.
