Mixed Data Repeater:UserControl for type not found

Hi guys,
I am encountering a recurring issue where a Mixed Data Repeater will randomly not find the UserControl for a random DataType.
Typically, when this happens there are a few solutions that work:
[ul][li]Improperly spelled inputs or data names for data flows or visibility rules (correcting those will usually fix the problem)[/li][li]Reconnect inputs to the truth table which feeds into the MDR[/li][li]Remove and replace the datatype from the truth table governing the MDR[/li][li]If nothing else works, copying the User Control and deleting the original almost always works[/li][li]Restarting the Decisions instance (this rarely works)[/li][/ul]
At this point, Ive done all these methods as well as systematically deleting components from the UserControl form and then testing it in a MDR.

But still this issue vexes me and my team.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
