Outcome rules on Active Form Flows

Im having trouble setting up outcomes rules in v7 in an active form flow. Is this still in v7 and if so how can I do this?

Active Form Flows preserves all functionalities of the now legacy v6 form flows (validation, visibility, and outcomes). Depending on the version of your v7 instances, there are different ways to configure an outcome path.
If you are on v7.9, the Active Form Flows Outcome Paths setting allows you to enter a list of outcomes to use in your workflow. After entering outcome names into this setting, create an Active Form Flow with the Exit Form step. For its Outcome Path input, match the name specified in the setting.
If youre on an older v7 instance, you can instead create an Active Form Flow with the Exit Form step. Instead, name the input of this step to match the name of an Event Button such as Submit or Close.
Regardless of version, the Active Form Flows article provides further explanation of how to achieve this. Please read through this article and come back here if you need further help.
