Hello All,

I’m having trouble figuring out how to change the portal header in Decisions. I want to add in my company’s custom logo and slogan, instead of using the default “Decisions” Logo. Below is a screenshot of what I want to change.

Is there an option where I can specify an image to use?

Hello Samuel,

We are able to change both the default logo and slogan through “Portal Settings”. We can also specify a logo to be shown upon login. I’ve added a link to another post that provides instructions on how to add a login logo in Decisions.

To change the header logo:
[ul][li]Open Portal Settings under System -> Settings -> Portal Settings
[/li][li]Search for the Logo option
[/li][li]For Logo, either drag the image into file upload area, or use the “Choose File” option

To change the slogan:
[ul][li]Open Portal Settings under System -> Settings -> Portal Settings
[/li][li]Search for the section labeled Slogan
[/li][li]Replace the placeholder text
[/li][/ul][img]att2[/img]
After making the change, save and refresh the page. If the header does not change, Service Host Manager may need to be restarted, and the browser cache may need to be cleared.
