Difference in Rule Verbs

Hi all,
I was making a Rule and saw the following Rule Verbs. Could someone explain to me the difference between the In List Rule Verb vs the String is in List Rule Verb.

Hi GeeTrends,
The In List verb is able to interact with the setting called Show Case Sensitive Indicator in Rule Text in the Designer settings. The String is in List verb doesnt have this capability .
