Downgrading Decisions Versions?

Whats the standard protocol for downgrading from my current Decisions version to a previous release? Moving from 6.2 to 6.1, etc?

Hi jmcmann49,

When you want or need to downgrade from one Decisions version to a previous one, the procedure needed is outlined below:
1. Run the Decisions Installer and [b]Remove [/b]the current Decisions version.
2. Once this installer has finished removing it, navigate to where it was installed (By default, on the application server its held on C:Program FilesDecisions).
3. Delete this directory.
4. Once thats cleared, you are free to install the previous version as you normally would go through an installer!
