Hi, i have specific groups set up in my decisions environment that id like to limit from accessing certain designers (like the flow designer, form designer, etc...). Someone previously told me that a configuration folder can be used to hide specific designers. is the best option? thank you

Hi Frank,
Due to the permanent nature of creating a Configuration Folder for a default Decisions Element, it is advised NOT to use this method for hiding Designer Studios.
Instead, the best method is to use Toolbox Visibility rules to hide specific Toolboxes in each Designer. Doing so will prevent the User Group from being able to access any of the tools required to build in their respective Designer.
Alternately, you might want to try to creating a User Dashboard with restricted access for each Group or restricting access to specific Folders by using Permissions.
We actually have two docs that would help you with this issue; if you still need any help, feel free to reach out to support@decisions.com.
The docs are as follows:

Howdy, Stranger!
