I want to add additional things to the "Create Account" action. Is the flow for this action available to edit?

The "Create Account" flow is not available to edit. Its not a flow, its a native edit session. If you need to make a custom Create Account action, you can with the steps found under "Integration>Internal Services>Account Services".
