Quick question, but if I am understanding Decisions correctly, stopping/resetting ISS admin services would also stop/restart my Decisions local instance correct?

Yes, thats correct. Stopping or restarting your ISS through, assuming youre on a Windows, entering [b]iisreset /stop[/b] and[b] iireset /start [/b]into the CMD will affect your Decisions due to port availability. If those commands are not working, ensure you are running your CMD as an Administrator.
