The product is installed and working correctly however it appears that the portal size is way to small for the screens, everything seems so zoomed in. Is there a way to set the default portal and designer size so more fits on the screen?

Would you mind sending console logs from your browser so we can get an idea of whats causing the page to not fully render? Press Ctrl + Shift + J (Windows / Linux) or Cmd + Opt + J (Mac) to view this in Dev Tools. Also, could you send a screenshot of the page?
