Hello,
We currently run a multi-tenant instance with 1x client on the server. We are looking to change this instance to be a single tenant instance instead of being Multi. Are there are instructions, tips or pitfalls that we need to be aware of?

What you will first want to do is open the SettingsXML which can be found at the following address in your file explorer: Local Disk C. > Program Files > Decisons > Decisions Services Manager > Settings.xml
then you will want to find the line that reads Server type = hosted" and change it to "server type = Standard".
Finally you will want to Restart SHM .
Once it comes back up you will notice your tenants gone. You will see however that the databases for them still are still intact, theyre just inaccessible. This helps to prevent data loss, and can be accessed if you decided to go back to multi-tenancy.
You can also reference our document on setting up multi-tenancy and just reverse engineer the set up by implementing the above mentioned steps.
