Hi team,
Would someone be able to tell me how would I embed a dashboard in an iFrame using a named session for authentication in v6?

You would need to make the Named Sessions first and generate the correct Integration for it. After that, you will make the iFrame changes for v6 to the web.config file. Next, when you have a Named Session in your environment, generate the Integration Details and pick that as an auth type. That way it will create the correct URL for you.
