Can you help telling if I can make my email experience better with decisions like the mail received through decisions should be in a specific format. Also, what changes are to be done so that the mail from decisions step (send email) dont land up in my spam but in my inbox.

https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/email-templatesWith regards to emails being marked as spam, I would suggest, if you are not using custom SMTP settings to do so, as the default decisions emails are purely for demonstration purposes. There is also a guide on how to address spam emails that will help prevent this from occurring:
