if an AD account in Decisions is set to inactive, would an AD sync cause it to become active again?

Hey Frank,
As you might expect, deactivating an AD User Account should leave the Account in an inactive state. Performing an Active Directory sync after this should not have any effect on the state of the Account.
However, deactivating the Account will not remove the Account/user from the Directory.
Hope this clears things up for you!
