Report Filter Change using a Flow Run Part

Hello,
I am trying to make a drop down to filter results of a report. I was following along with a tutorial on the documentation found here : [url=https://documentation.decisions.com/v6/docs/report-filter-change-using-flow-run-part]https://documentation.decisions.com/v6/docs/report-filter-change-using-flow-run-part[/url] but I cannot get it to work. I did notice that it never actually has us use the flow with the "Set Dashboard Report Parameters" How would I go about doing this? -
