Like the title says, is there a logging category that will log all SQL queries?

You can log out the SQL queries being run in Decisions by modifying the Settings.XML file. There is a field in Settings called "Output SQL profile log". Please set this value to true and restart SHM.
Once done, you should have a new log in the logs directory called "SQLProfilePrimary" - this will hold a record of all SQL queries ran.
