Hi all,

Im experiencing an issue with the "Send Email" step. My flow works up until this point and throws an error code "Error: authentication failed: (435). How might this be rectified?

Hello hello!

This issue has been seen in the past and was caused by invalid SMTP credentials such as an incorrect username or pasword. Please go and make sure those items were entered correctly for your SMTP server and see if youre able to use the send mail or related steps.
