I want to be able to have user submit a request and assign it to his manager, via AD. How should I go about this?

As long as "[b]Sync Manager for Users[/b]" is selected in your Active Directory settings, you can use the [b]Get account manager[/b] step under [b]Intergration>Internal Services> AccountServices[/b] to retrieve an accounts listed manager. Account managers can also be set manually by editing the account directly in [b]System>Security>Accounts[/b] and editing an account or in a flow using the [b]Set Manager[/b] step under [b]Integration>Account Relationships[/b].
