Cannot add User to Primary Instance

  • Morning,

    A colleague of mine has had an account set up on a created instance and is unable to access the Primary. I tried to add them to the primary but was given a message saying the account already exists. Could you advise on how we can go about getting this working?

  • Hi Leo, not a problem at all!

    Id like you to try this - please delete the user from the tenant instance youd like them to access. (make sure its delete and not deactivate). Once deleted, go back into System > Security > Accounts and add the user youd like. When theyve been added, go back to the tenant instance and instead of ADD click LINK ACCOUNT and select the one you just created.
