You can also use a validation rule to achieve this. You could evaluate what youd need in the Validation Flow, which would either allow or not allow certain outcomes based on the flow.

I would recommend nesting the buttons/outcomes you are trying to control in a Vertical Stack. Then add a Visibility Rule to your form to control which ones will show based on what criteria you are evaluating. This will evaluate and show only the respective outcomes you are looking for.
