  • Should this feature work without additional modification?

    I would like to be able to use this feature. I’ve configure it within the Portal settings. But I can’t get it to work.

    I see that I can get to the flow… So I could just modify it – though I still need to move it so others could execute it.

    But this concerns me as to what happens when I get upgrades.

    We are using version 5.12.0.60973.

    I get two different behaviors – though, neither work – depending on if I’m signed in as an Administrator or not.

    For non-Designer/Admin users, I get the following:

    I’ve noted that this flow to be executed is in the “System/Designers/Catalog/System Defaults” folder. Do I need to enable “Can Use” for all users of this folder???

    As an Admin, I get the correct form and a message that it has been submitted. But the email is never sent.

    This is easily resolved by changing the permissions of the folder containing the flow to "Can Use". As far as the email goes, there isnt a default provided in the flow so you will need to provide a ToAddress as SubmitFeedbackAddress on the start step. You can do all of this without moving the flow. Hopefully this helps! Let me know if you have anymore questions.
