Installing Decisions with an MSA?

Hi
We’re installing our Decisions applications and were wondering how do we get our services on the app servers to be running on an MSA account. During install we had to use an elevated Support account here, but we would like to use a MSA. -
Hello,
You can absolutely do that. You would need to change the account that is running Service Host Manager. To get the MSA to run the service you should need to add your MSA as an administrator and then run Service Host Manager and the watcher with the MSA. Just a warning, if you chose “Check Names” when adding the MSA to the server it will give you an incorrect account. So you will need to type in the full name ending with the $ and click ok. Hopefully this helps! Let us know if you have anymore questions.
