lost updates on our decisions db

Hi,
We’ve run into an issue where workflow changes in our decisions DEV environment for one day last week have been lost. We think it was because our DBAs changed the server hosting our decisions DB
Is there any SQL we can run that we can show the audited changes made to workflows ( like the History view of a workflow ) but across all workflows to help us troubleshoot?

[color=rgb(34, 34, 34)][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]On this folder is a view on the far right of "Design Changes" you can look at to see all changed flows, rules, etc.[/font][/color]
