How do I dynamically assign a task to a user?

Wasnt sure if this belongs in forms or flows, so sorry if this is in the wrong location.
Im looking to create a form where a supervisor can select from a list of users to assign a specific task to. I want the next step to assign the task to the selected user.
Ive experimented with manually creating a list with the names of all the users, but I cant figure out how to get the assignment to automatically assign itself to that specific person and I dont want to update the form every time we add or subtract users.
How should I go about this?

Hello again Jon,
All you need to do is map the account ID into the "accounts and groups" input on the assignment like this:

As for getting the account ID, its a sub-type of "Account". Account is a default data type.I hope this answers your question.
