Is there a way for Decisions to get the list of users on Okta that don’t have a Decisions account and then generate those accounts?

We are looking for a way to create all the Decisions accounts upfront, because currently a user has to actually login through Okta for the account to be created.
Ideally, when we hire a new employee, we would simply add them to the Okta group and their Decisions account is automatically created before their first day.
