Links in Support Ticket email don't work

I noticed that when I receive an email (ex: attached), when I click on the “Close Ticket” or “View in Customer Portal” buttons, the links don’t work; I’m taken to an error page.
The “Contact Support” and “Open Portal” links on the error page don’t work either.

It’s likely that you have multiple Support Portal logins, and are not logged in to the correct account.
When you click one of the email links you are directed to a Support page that checks if the currently logged in account is authorized to take that action on the ticket.
If you have multiple accounts then please confirm you are logged in to the correct Support Portal account, and then try using these email links.
