Is there a way to disable the default notification emails from Decisions? We have a system to send an email to a user about an assigned task, but we want to implement our own custom emails.

Yes, this is possible! You will need to use an admin account, then go into your System Folder ->Administration -> Notifications Folder -> Default Notifications. Find the Notify To Assigned. Click on it, then click on Edit. On the Edit Notification, you can customize what methods to notify the user and the email template.
