Can't Deactivate Users: Assignments Listed To Them

Were unable to delete/de-activate users because they still have assignments listed to them:

Is there an easy way to find and change all assignments for a user?

There should be a built-in method to re-assign all tasks for a given user account. Under find the desired account under System > Security > Accounts.
Right-click on the desired account, then navigate to Manage > Reassign User Tasks. Then from the menu window that pops up, choose which account the tasks will be assigned to. The system should then reassign any current, uncompleted tasks to that account.
