Process View and alternatives

Hello,
We are trying to decide if the generic “Process View” will work as a mechanism for comprehensive status of flows with which users are associated. We use the Decisions forms for handling assignments.
I’ve noted that there are areas in the lower left side of the view for current assignments, all assignments, documents, notifications and sharing. Our form-based assignments don’t seem to be populating these areas as I would expect. Can you help us understand how this should work?
Also, we have a pdf representation of the spend request that we attach to the email notifications of this flow and would like to have it appear in the documents area if possible, but need some direction.
Thanks.

Hi,
To set up a process view for uploading your PDF documents, You can create a flow with Setup Process Folder step and use Add File step from All steps -> Flow management -> Data -> Add File to upload your PDF file.
Here is the documentation link on saving a document to the Process Folder : https://documentation.decisions.com/saving-a-document-to-a-process-folder/
Also, to show the assignments in the Current assignment section, you must use your assigned form in your flow.
Please let us know if you have further questions on this.In addition to the information following are couple of more items :
Current assignments are populated by an assigned form in a flow that is attached to this process folder. Once the assignments are completed, it will move to the All Assignments section.
More information about assigned forms can be found on our documentation page here: https://documentation.decisions.com/assigning-form-interactions-as-tasks/You can also customize this process folder view to attach a report onto it if needed. You can find the Default Process View Page under System>Designers>Catalog>System Defaults. You may copy and edit this page to customize it according to your needs.
In order to use it when creating a process folder, you will need to use a Setup Process Folder step and Use Extension Data. From there, you can check an option called Use Custom Process View" and select the page you would like to use. (If you are unable to find it in the folder tree
