Can the GUEST user in Decisions view the portal?

Is there a setting to prevent a GUEST user from being able to see the portal?

We can allow the Guest account to use a folder in the portal, the Guest account can be granted permission. It is recommended to do this through group membership. You should be able to prevent a GUEST user from viewing by going to the Accounts folder and edit the GUEST account, there is a checkbox for Can Use Portal. This will disable the guest account from being able to access the portal.
