Improving Performance: Entity Get All By Folder

I have a step in a flow which is getting all entity info based on a Folder ID, and then looking through these to do some checks and working.
When this flow runs, it brings down the full Decisions system. The web front end maxes out RAM and CPU. Is there any way to throttle it back, or improve performance so the flow runs faster?
Performance could be improved if we could add some WHERE clauses to the fetch all, based on fields in the entity.

You could use a Fetch Entities step in place of the Fetch All By Folder ID. With this step, you can filter not only by Folder ID but multiple other fields the entity has.
To get the ‘Fetch Entities’ step, navigate to ‘Integration -> All Integration -> Entity Framework -> Fetch Entities’ step.
