Hi Decisions,
I had a question about using the active directory authentication.
We have people who use Citrix (within the company) and people outside of Citrix who use our Decisions system. Is it possible to accommodate these two scenarios of we integrate the authentication?
For example: once I log onto my Citrix and go to decisions I’m automatically logged in but if Mary doesn’t log in through Citrix, she would have to put in her account info. With this example, would it be possible? -
With Active Directory enabled, you can still use non-AD accounts. Users outside of your company, that dont use Citrix, will still be able to log in. Here are some articles that will help you get AD set up:
