Develop in cluster if Prod is a cluster?

IF our Production servers are going to be a cluster behind a Load Balancer should our development server also be clustered to closely mirror the Prod Setup?

Due to the complexity of the studio design environments and the requirement that a users edit session must remain on the same server we do not support developing flows/forms/rules/etc in a clustered environment. The use of the Studio to administrate the portal is supported in a cluster as long as Sticky Sessions are enabled. We have historically found that Load Balancers even with sticky session enabled will bounce user sessions across the nodes of the cluster. This restriction applies to both Single Tenant and Multi-Tenant Decisions Application server types. We do not certify and have no customers currently doing intensive development work in a load balanced, clustered environment. Due to this we strongly recommend that development work occur on a single server and that your QA and Business users validate this design work in a setup that mirrors your production configuration. We fully support and have customers successfully using Multi-Tenant and Standard server clusters in production.
