hide steps

I want to hide some steps from Designers from the Steps tab in flows. Is there a way to do this?

We can hide steps from users based on Groups and Individual accounts. To hide steps we will need to do the following:
1)Navigate to System > Settings > Designer Studio Settings and find Disable Filtering For Administrators. Make sure to check this box before creating toolbox rule. This will prevent the rule from impacting any Admin users.

2)Then go to System > Designers > Toolbox Customization > Element Rules. Select Toolbox Rules and create a rule by using Add Toolbox Rule action.

3) From that point, you can edit the rule and create your logic. While defining a rule you first need to select "type" as "Flow" and "name" would be the name of the step.
4)Then add your logic based on your requirement(ie, group or individual account email). In the example below, the Rules le hides the step "Create Data" from the specified User.

Additional information on the tool box visibility rule can be found in the following documentation: https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/toolbox-rule
