TLS1.0 Protocol dependency for Decisions software

    Hi,

    TLS1.0 disabled in all our Windows servers. Soon after TLS1.0 was disabled, the decisions application stopped working.

    Is there a dependency of having TLS1.0 (client and/or server protocols) enabled for the decisions application to work?

    Hello,

    You need to set the security settings to secure from default for Decisions to operate in this configuration.

    System/settings/integration settings

    This will allow you to ensure we are using the most secure TLS protocol.
