Localhost not Reachable? IIS Settings?

Im trying to install Decisions to my local Windows PC.
In the installer, when I get to "Specify Portal Base URL" and click Next, it says [b]http://localhost/decisions is not reachable.
[/b]Is there a setting Im missing to make the URL reachable?

It sounds like you may have not configured IIS correctly.

From Windows search, search and open “Turn Windows features On and Off”.
Below I’ve attached an image detailing what should be the minimum required IIS settings for Decisions to run correctly.
(Some settings have been cut from image to save space)
