What is the difference between a primary and secondary action button?
Are there any differences? -
The only difference between primary and secondary action buttons is how the buttons look.

There is no functional difference. Primary action buttons get a css class assigned to them that makes them appear darker and stand out more. The css class for secondary action buttons makes them more muted and stand out less.
