Changing the Process Folder Description
Comments
-
We’d like to be able to change the contents of the process folder description to reflect the changes made to an approval flow as it progresses. My testing has shown that once this has been initially populated, it becomes static and ignores subsequent attempts to set the contents.
Is there another way to accomplish this other than the changing the property in a subsequent “Setup Process Folder” step, which is what I’ve been attempting?

You can use a step called Set Entity Description to do this. Just give it the Process Folders FolderID and the updated description text.

That sounds pretty easy! If I may add one other question…is there a way to increase the height of the rich text box that’s used present the contents?

The default process view page should be the place to make that edit.

Is it possible you are using a custom process view page? You can confirm this by finding your setup process folder step and seeing if one is defined here.
