How to view Logs on Client Server?

I am running a Flow on a Clients Server which is getting hit by an error. I want to get more information about the error.
If its local, I can find the logs through C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services ManagerLogs but since this is the clients environment, I cant get them.
Can you please help me here?

One way to get these Logs would be to ask the System Administrator of your Client to get you the Files or provide you access.
You can also access the logs by navigating to System → Administration → System Tools → Logging through the Folder Tree on your Decisions portal.
