Is there a way to check if a Decisions database has had a license applied to it?

Thank you for contacting Decisions Support!
You can view applied Licenses from the Designer Studio under System -> Settings -> Licensing Settings and Selecting Display License Data. Please see attached.
Alternatively, you can query the license_server_settings table.
