How do I access a Decisions application server (e.g. a Decisions hosted, etc.) to our AD sever without an Agent connection?

In order for you to connect to your Decisions Server without an Agent connection, youll need to open port 389 from your firewall to allow calls from your Decisions Application servers IP Address to your AD Server.
