Disable assigned user to instance notifications?

Is there a way to disable the "user assigned to instance" emails or notifications from sending?

You will need to edit the default system flow called "OnUserAssignedToInstanceFlow". You can use the search bar in the Designer Studio to find this, but it must be typed in full as it appears in quotations, or you can locate it here:

If you connect the start step to the end step it will pass the notifications as well as the sent email. If you would prefer one or the other, you can delete the "Send Notification" or "Send Email" step from the flow depending on the preference.
