Youll want to stick with [b][i]Merge Plain Text[/i][/b] and uncheck the [b][i]Cleanup HTML [/i][/b]option if you have it checked. [b][i]Merge HMTL Text[/i][/b] can sometimes have unexpected behavior like what you are experiencing.
