Im calculating an assignment date but I am not getting the escalation flow to run correctly. Can anybody help me out with this? Here is what Im trying to do:
Send an escalation email 48 hours after assignment date.
Send one every day after the initial 48 hours until the user takes action on the assignment and moves it along.
As soon as the user takes action on it, it moves on.

I think you can use the auto-complete flow feature as runs on interval for this. Its a property on actual task step that auto-completes the task after the time interval you specify. [font=Roboto, sans-serif]For your use case, youll want to add a scenario/outcome path like "Assigned Form Not Complete" and have that path go to send your escalation email and then go back to the form assignment.[/font]
