Error Running a Data Flow

[font=Roboto]Ive been trying the example on Data Flows defined at [/font][url=https://documentation.decisions.com/using-flow-data-form/]https://documentation.decisions.com/using-flow-data-form/[/url][font=Roboto] but getting the following errors when trying to run the Flow:[/font]

[color=rgb(34, 34, 34)]This error occurs when a String cannot be converted into a Date. Having gone through this document, I believe this is occurring because the Data Flow is set to RunOnValueChanged.
Since the Data Flow is set to run on value changed, it gets triggered each time you are typing something into the textbox which is causing this error.
To resolve this, please uncheck RunOnValueChanged for your Flow Input and set your Data Flow to trigger on exiting the textbox. Refers below screenshots. This will ensure the Data Flow is triggered only once you leave the textbox.
