Hi,

We need a way to disable the my documents folder, or at the least remove it from the menu.

We cannot have people adding documents to this as we have another document management system.

The option to set [User Portal Visibility] Hide does not hide the folder even for users not in the Admin group.

Hello,

We dont currently have a way to hide the My Documents folder, but you can remove the action to add documents by setting up a folder actions and configuration folder and adding an action visibility rule to hide the action from certain users.
