  • We have a flow that assigns a form to multiple users, but the tasks arent showing up in any of their inboxes. We arent using process folders in this case. Is there a way for us to verify the assignment are created properly?

  • Hi,

    You can create assignments in two ways. In the first option, you should select Assigned in Assignment Type section on the form properties section. After that please add accounts or groups to Assign To section.

    In the second option again you have to select Assigned as Assignment Type. Then go to Assignment Setup and add accounts or groups to Accounts and Groups section.

    Once you have done any of the assignment setups above your target accounts or groups will be assigned when you run that flow.
